Garage


The garage is operated by Federal Parking. All comments, questions and/or suggestions regarding the day-to-day operations of the garage may be directed to Douglas Logue at 877-332-PARK, or at d.logue@federalparking.com.

Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 11:00 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 11:00 pm
Sunday 7:00 am - 11:00 pm

After-Hours Entry Procedures For Monthly Cardholders
Using your access card, proceed to the swipe machine in front of the closed garage door. Simply wave your card over the machine and the garage door will open.

After-Hours Exit Procedures For Monthly Cardholders
Monthly cardholders should exit the garage as per usual.

Emergencies In The Garage
All emergencies should be reported immediately reported to the Main Lobby Attendant.

Customer Claims
In the event that your car is vandalized in the parking garage, you must complete an incident with the on site security staff attendant prior to exiting the facility. A representative from Carlyle Baltimore Holdings, LLC will contact you with further instructions on the following business day.

Please keep in mind that you are urged to report any “suspicious” or “questionable” activity to the parking attendant or to the lobby attendant in the lobby of the building.

Lost/Misplaced Access Cards:
Please keep a record of your access card number(s) for reference. All lost / stolen / misplaced building access cards should be immediately reported to the Garage Management Office. If for some reason you do not have your access card and you have to pull a ticket to enter the garage, you will be responsible for payment of that ticket as you will be charged the posted daily rate when you exit. Carlyle Baltimore Holdings, LLC does not validate parking tickets for monthly parkers.

Monthly Parking Pay
All payments are due on the first business day each month. There is a five (5) business day grace period before your access will be interrupted. If for any reason the payment will not be made in this time period, you must contact the Garage Management Office to avoid the interruption. If your card is
deactivated for nonpayment, you will be charged the posted daily rate as a non-refundable late charge until your account is paid.

Cancellation of your monthly contract should be done in writing, via facsimile or email, through the Garage Management Office. We request that all cancellations are done with five (5) business days written notice.  Please keep in mind that we do not pro-rate monthly parking for any reason.

Holiday Operations
The following holidays will be honored by the parking garage at the One South Street Building:
  • New Year's Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

SIGNS WILL BE POSTED BY ALL GARAGE ELEVATORS PRIOR TO ALL HOLIDAYS IF THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE CHANGED
